GRACE! God’s…Resources…At…Christ’s…Expense… Do we believe that? God’s grace actually grounds and empowers  everything in the Christian life. It enables us to become who He created us to be and to accomplish what He has called us to do. By grace we receive our new identity, our ability to walk in holiness, our strength for day-to-day living, our standing in Christ that puts us in right relationship with the Father, and our participation in God’s mission. The grace of God is powerful. So, let’s stop only understanding grace theologically or viewing it merely as unmerited favor and begin appropriating it as the power it is to truly live as Ambassadors for Christ. To be an ambassador means we know we are citizens of Heaven who are appointed, protected and provided for by the King. Ambassadors embody the Kingdom and represent its interest and not their own. God has given us every resource required for life and godliness through the birth, life, ultimate sacrifice and resurrection of his Son. His Kingdom has come and we’re supposed to be powerful representatives of it! We have obtained grace, ladies. Choose to respond in faith by abiding in His Word, holding on to its promises and obeying its commands while being transformed by Truth. Bow down your will to the rule and reign of Christ, letting go of every “right”, attitude, habit, lifestyle and idol that misrepresents and maligns Christ’s image to the world – starting with your social media pages! Sacrificially love people, willingly carrying the burdens of others as you come alongside them, helping to shoulder the weight of their struggles through prayer and service, redirecting them to the Redeemer…and don’t be overcome by evil but overcome it by exhibiting joy, gentleness, patience, self-control and forgiveness. Then your testimony will be – “By the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace towards me was not in vain.”

May the Lord bless you and keep you,
